Our concierge also manages your payments. At the start of each month, we pay you back the rents received from the previous month, after deduction of the various costs.

No. If you have no income, we will not charge you, unless you have previously agreed for different services performed. If you are not satisfied with the occupancy rate of your accommodation, contact us to try to optimize your ad.
